Wendy’s Tips
One major tip for air frying cauliflower and broccoli is to make sure the pieces are similar in size. This ensures even cooking and prevents some pieces from becoming overcooked while others remain undercooked
FAQ
Absolutely! Seasoning the vegetables before air frying can add flavor and enhance the overall taste. You can use a variety of seasonings such as garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, or your favorite herb blends. Toss the vegetables in a small amount of oil or cooking spray before adding the seasonings for better adherence.
To prevent the vegetables from becoming soggy, it’s important to ensure they are dry before air frying. After washing, pat them dry with a paper towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess moisture. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket, as this can lead to steaming instead of achieving a crispy texture.
Preheating the air fryer is generally recommended for best results. It helps to achieve a crispy texture on the outside of the vegetables. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for preheating time and temperature.
