WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR EASY PINK TURKEYS
- 10 Graham Crackers
- 20 Wilton yellow candy eyes
- Pastel candy corn
- Wilton bright pink candy melts
- Red candy bones
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR EASY PINK TURKEYS
Step 1. Melt your candy melts on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning.
Step 2. Line a tall glass with a decorating bag, fold the top of the bag over the top of the glass.
Step 3. Pour your melted pink chocolate into the bag.
Step 4. Cut the tip off of the bag.
Step 5. Break your graham crackers in half.
Step 6. Start frosting your graham crackers with the pink chocolate, do an outline first and then fill in place your yellow eyes in the middle of the graham cracker.
Step 7. Start adding your candy corn in a fan shape around the eyes.
Step 8. Break the end off of your orange candy corn and use it for the beak.
Step 9. Now break a red candy bone in half to use for the waddle
Step 10. Let your turkeys harden at room temperature for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
TIPS AND FAQS
I made these Easy Pink Turkeys pink because I have a little girl. You can use any color of frosting you have on hand. White or Chocolate would work just fine as well.
I purchased the pink candy corn at Target. Another great place to look for colored candy corn is Walmart or on the baking aisle at your local craft store.
