  • cup milk or as directed on pancake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • ½ cup toppings berries, chocolate chips, or sprinkles
  • Optional toppings: powdered sugar syrup, or glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat a donut pan and lightly grease with butter or nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

  • Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Add selected toppings as desired. Do not over-fill.
