Wendy’s Test Kitchen Tips
- For an extra crispy exterior, brush the muffin pan with melted butter before adding the dough.
- Not a fan of pepperoni? Leave me out and just make cheese crazy puffs.
- You can also add a pepperoni on top of the puffs before you place them in the oven.
- Don’t use cupcake liners with these otherwise, you will have a soft crust instead of the crispy outside.

I’ve found the best way to reheat them is in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. You can also reheat them in the microwave.
