Ingredients

green candy melts, red, candy melts, flour, sugar, kisses, vanilla, butter, sprinkles, on a white background
  • Unsalted Butter – Make sure the butter is set to room temperature.
  • Sugar – Granulated sugar is what you will use for these cookies.
  • Flour – Make sure to scoop the flour into the measuring cup and then level it off.
  • Vanilla Extract – The vanilla adds a hint of sweetness to the cookies.
  • Sprinkles – You can use any type of holiday sprinkles that you prefer.
  • Hershey’s Kisses – I bought the regular kisses. These are so delicious.
  • Candy Melts – You need red and green candy melts to pipe onto the top of these cookies.

Substitutions

Salted Butter: You are welcome to swap the unsalted butter with salt. It will enhance the flavor of the cookies quite a bit.

Hershey Kiss: Want to change up the flavors? Use a flavored Hershey’s Kiss on top of the cookies. You can use peppermint-flavored kisses, caramel-filled, etc.

Variations / Options / Add-Ins

Colored Sugar: Now if you don’t want to drizzle with chocolate you can roll the cookie dough in colored sugar. This will change the look of the cookie.

Sprinkles: Roll your cookies in sprinkles to create a colorful cookie as well. You can still add the drizzle of chocolate or skip that.
