Ingredients

  • 12 ounces smoked beef sausage any sausage will do!
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 2 jalapeños seeds removed, sliced
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 4 medium-sized golden potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
