- 1 Red bell pepper diced
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 2 jalapeños seeds removed, sliced
- ½ yellow onion diced

Preheat your air fryer at 380°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add all your ingredients to a large bowl.
Start together to make sure that all the seasonings and the oil are fully incorporated.
Cook at 380°F for 15 minutes or until your potatoes are tender. (You will know the potatoes are ready by sticking a fork in them, and they are soft. Shake every three minutes.)
Remove and plate. Enjoy warm!
I like to line my air fryer basket with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
