Ingredients

  • 12 ounces smoked beef sausage any sausage will do!
  • 1 Red bell pepper diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 2 jalapeños seeds removed, sliced
  • ½ yellow onion diced
  • 4 medium-sized golden potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer at 380°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add all your ingredients to a large bowl.
  • Start together to make sure that all the seasonings and the oil are fully incorporated.
  • Cook at 380°F for 15 minutes or until your potatoes are tender. (You will know the potatoes are ready by sticking a fork in them, and they are soft. Shake every three minutes.)
  • Remove and plate. Enjoy warm!

Notes

I like to line my air fryer basket with foil or parchment paper for easy clean up.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
