When the holidays hit, then you know Grinch Desserts are a huge hit. My blog has tons of awesome Grinch recipes to check out. This Grinch brownies recipe is my favorite though because it’s so easy to make! Also, it’s an unexpected recipe because no one ever thinks about making brownies Grinch-themed. But, I did!

- heavy whipping cream
- green food coloring

How to Make Grinch Brownies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cookie spray. Set aside.
Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the package.
Chop chocolate sandwich cookies into bite-size chunks. Mix ¾ of the cookie chunks into the brownie batter. Set the remaining cookie chunks aside.
Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Check the brownies for doneness.
Once baked, put the baking pan on a wire rack allowing the brownies to cool.
Pour the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20 second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth and completely melted. Mix in the heavy cream.
Add 2-3 drops of green food coloring. Stir well to combine.
Drizzle the mixture on top of the brownies.
Sprinkle the remaining chopped cookies and M&M’s on top of the brownies. Chill for at least an hour.
Cut the brownies into bars.
