- 48 saltine crackers about 1 ½ sleeves
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup white chocolate baking chips
- Easter sprinkles
- Pastel M&M candies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 15x10x1 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Onto the prepared baking sheet, place the crackers in a single layer without overlapping.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar, stirring occasionally. Bring the sugar to a boil and continue cooking, stirring often, for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the sugar syrup over the crackers and spread evenly.
- Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the toffee is bubbling all over the crackers..
