Lemon Lasagna

- 36 Golden Oreos divided
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed and divided
- 6.8 ounces instant lemon pudding mix Or two small boxes
- 3 cups milk
Place 26 cookies into a food processor and pulse until the cookies are finely chopped. Add the butter and pulse again until the butter is blended throughout the cookie crumbs.
Press the cookies into a flat layer on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in ¼ cup sprinkles. Then, fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
Next, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Spread the pudding over the top of the cream cheese layer.
Use the remaining whipped topping as the final layer on the dessert, spreading evenly.
Coarsely chop the remaining cookies and sprinkle over the top of the dessert.
Refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving.
