- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter optional, for milder heat
