Baking Sheet
square baking dish
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- Pinch salt
- 1 ½ cup dry Funfetti cake mix
- Sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and toast the flour on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before cooling.
Prepare an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Spritz with nonstick cooking spray.
In a saucepan over low heat, add the sweeten condensed milk, white chocolate chips, butter, and salt. Stir constantly until melted.
Add the cake mix and stir until well blended. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with additional sprinkles.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Use the parchment paper to lift the fudge from the baking dish. Cut into squares and serve.
- Use high-quality ingredients. This is especially important when it comes to the white chocolate and sprinkles.
- Be careful not to overheat the fudge. This can cause it to become grainy or too thick.
- Let the fudge cool completely before cutting into squares. This will help ensure that it is nice and smooth.
