🔪 How to Make Pink Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda & salt). Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat together the butter and sugars until soft and fluffy. This can be done by hand or using an electric mixer. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix until fully combined.

Once your butter mixture is thoroughly combined, mix in your flour mixture. Combine until both are well mixed.

Add food coloring to begin transforming your cookies into Pretty in Pink. Begin by adding 6-8 drops each of red and orange food coloring. Adjust as needed to reach your desired shade of pink.

Add in your chocolate chips and mix throughout.

Using your hands, pinch off about 2 tablespoons of dough.

Form into a ball, rolling the dough with both hands. Once the ball is formed, place it on a 9×13” pan and press down gently.

Repeat until your pan is full with 12 cookies.

Place in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes.

Once cooking time is complete, remove from the oven and place cookies on a cooling rack.

Repeat the baking process until all the dough is baked.

Once cooled, serve immediately.
