Preheat your oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
Line a rimmed sheet pan with foil or parchment, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Line a baking sheet with saltine crackers in a single layer. It may be anywhere from 35-45 crackers, depending on the pan size.
In a small saucepan, heat the butter and brown sugar on medium heat until bubbly. Let simmer 3-4 minutes.
Pour the brown sugar mixture over top of the saltine crackers, as evenly as you can.
Place the pan into the oven and heat for 5-6 minutes, until bubbling.
Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over top. Give the chocolate a minute or so to get melted.
Use a spatula to spread the chocolate around to cover the top of the crackers.
Sprinkle with a few M&M candies and sprinkles.
Melt the pink candy melts, by microwaving on 30 second increments, stirring well in between.
Add the melted candy to a piping bag and snip off the tip.
Drizzle the pink candy melts over the bark.
Sprinkle with even more M&Ms and sprinkles.
Place the pan into the freezer for 30 minutes to set the candy and chocolate.
Break the bark into large chunks and enjoy.
