browned ground beef

medium onion chopped

minced garlic

beef broth

soy sauce

black pepper

italian seasoning

elbow pasta

cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Place browned ground beef into your slow cooker
Sprinkle in chopped onion.
Add the sugar, Italian seasoning & garlic.
Open the can of tomatoes and add them to the slow cooker
Pour in the beef broth.
Add the soy sauce.
Now open the tomato sauce and pour it into the slow cooker
Mix well and cook for 1 hour on high.
After one hour, add the pasta. Uncooked. Then the cheese. Cook for an additional 3 hours on high.
Notes
You could also use ground turkey if you are looking for a ground beef substitute.
