  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved (red or golden)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the green beans and halved potatoes.
