- 2 cups Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 pound Ground Turkey Breakfast Sausage cooked & drained
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
In a mixing bowl combine the pancake mix, water, and flax seed. Stir until well combined.
Then fold in the syrup, cooked breakfast sausage, and the cheese until everything is coated in the batter.
Spoon the batter into a greased/sprayed mini muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
Let cool slightly then remove from the pan.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm as is or with additional syrup for dipping and enjoy.
