Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies plus extra if you want a double-cookie sandwich
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 1 bar Hershey’s Chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven broiler to low and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Break the chocolate bar into rectangles along the perforations.
  • Twist the Oreo cookies apart and arrange 6 Oreo cookies halves on the baking sheet.

  • Broil for 1–3 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.

  • Remove from the oven and immediately top each with another Oreo cookie half, pressing gently to form a sandwich.

  • Let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving so the marshmallow sets slightly and doesn’t ooze out too much when eaten.
