- 12 Oreo cookies plus extra if you want a double-cookie sandwich
- 6 large marshmallows
- 1 bar Hershey’s Chocolate
Preheat your oven broiler to low and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Break the chocolate bar into rectangles along the perforations.
Twist the Oreo cookies apart and arrange 6 Oreo cookies halves on the baking sheet.
Place two rectangles of chocolate on top of each Oreo half and then place a marshmallow over the chocolate.
Broil for 1–3 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and immediately top each with another Oreo cookie half, pressing gently to form a sandwich.
Let cool for 1–2 minutes before serving so the marshmallow sets slightly and doesn’t ooze out too much when eaten.
- Arrange the cookies evenly on the baking sheet for consistent heating.
- Press the top cookie on gently to avoid squeezing out all the marshmallow.
- Serve while still slightly warm for the best texture.
