- 4 sub rolls or hoagie rolls
- ½ pound sliced salami
- ½ pound sliced ham
- ½ pound sliced turkey breast
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ small red onion thinly sliced
- ½ cup banana peppers drained
- 1 medium tomato sliced
Grinder dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Slice the sub rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through so they stay hinged.
