- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl or zip-top bag. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until combined.
