Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped fine
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Add the butter to a skillet, and melt over medium heat.
  • Add the panko bread crumbs, and cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese.
  • Add the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, pickle juice, and pickles, and mix well to combine.
  • Taste the dip, and add salt and pepper, as needed.
  • Add to your serving bowl, and top with the toasted panko.
  • Serve with chips or pretzels.
