- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 1 cup dill pickles chopped fine
- 1 tbsp. butter
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
Add the butter to a skillet, and melt over medium heat.
Add the panko bread crumbs, and cook, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese.
Add the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, pickle juice, and pickles, and mix well to combine.
Taste the dip, and add salt and pepper, as needed.
Add to your serving bowl, and top with the toasted panko.
Serve with chips or pretzels.
