Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • Optional toppings: cooked bacon or sausage sliced tomatoes, chopped spinach, green onions, avocado

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
