- 3.4 ounces banana instant pudding
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple plus the juice from the can
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped walnuts plus extra for topping
- ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips plus extra for topping
- 2 ripe bananas sliced
- 1 cup maraschino cherries halved, drained well and patted dry with paper towels
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix, pineapple, and cool whip.
Add the marshmallows, walnuts, and miniature chocolate chips, and stir until well combined.
Very carefully fold in the bananas and maraschino cherries.
Add to your favorite serving bowl, and top with extra walnuts, chocolate chips, and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
