Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounces banana instant pudding
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple plus the juice from the can
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts plus extra for topping
  • ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips plus extra for topping
  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries halved, drained well and patted dry with paper towels

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pudding mix, pineapple, and cool whip.
  • Add the marshmallows, walnuts, and miniature chocolate chips, and stir until well combined.
  • Very carefully fold in the bananas and maraschino cherries.
  • Add to your favorite serving bowl, and top with extra walnuts, chocolate chips, and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
