Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounce bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, egg, milk, ¼ cup ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared loaf pan.
