Ingredients

  • 5 cups sparkling apple cider
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • 3 apples
  • 1 orange
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • **Additional apples oranges, cinnamon sticks, and rosemary for garnishing individual drinks, if desired.

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, add the cinnamon sticks and rosemary.
  • Slice the orange, and add that.
  • Core and slice the apples, add those.
  • Pour in the sparkling apple cider, the lemonade, and the orange juice.
  • Stir to combine.

Notes

  • Make sure your cider, juice, and lemonade are well chilled before mixing. That way, the punch stays refreshingly cold without needing to load it up with extra ice that waters things down.
  • Slice the fruit right before serving. It keeps the colors bright and fresh while helping prevent any browning.
  • If you’d like the rosemary flavor to really shine, give the sprigs a gentle bruise before dropping them into the pitcher. That tiny bit of pressure helps release their natural oils.
  • For a stronger spice aroma, warm the cinnamon sticks just slightly before adding them. Don’t boil them, heat enough to coax out their scent without actually cooking them.
