Mug
- 6 ounces chai tea concentrate
- 4 pumps apple syrup
- 12 ounces milk
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice optional
- Whipped cream cinnamon sticks, or apple pie spice for topping (optional)
Heat chai concentrate and apple syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat until warm, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir to combine.
In a small saucepan, warm the milk over medium-low heat until steaming, about 2 to 3 minutes. Do not let it boil.
Pour the warm milk into a jar or measuring cup. Use a milk frother to froth the milk until foamy.
Pour the warm chai concentrate mixture into your mug.
Slowly pour the frothed milk over the top, holding back the foam slightly so it sits on top.
Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of apple pie spice, and a cinnamon stick if desired. Serve immediately.
