- 2 pounds baby carrots
- ½ teaspoon salt course kosher
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Parsley for garnish
Preheat the air fryer to 375°f.
Add your baby carrots to a large bowl.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Drizzle with olive oil and then toss to fully coat and season the carrots.
Cook at 375°f for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender enough to be pierced by a fork.
Remove and let cool.
Enjoy garnished with parsley as a side or snack!
