Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Large bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • ½ teaspoon salt course kosher
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°f.
  • Add your baby carrots to a large bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and then toss to fully coat and season the carrots.
  • Cook at 375°f for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender enough to be pierced by a fork.
  • Remove and let cool.
  • Enjoy garnished with parsley as a side or snack!

Notes

    • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket: To ensure that your baby carrots cook evenly, make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. Leave some space between the carrots so that the hot air can circulate around them.
    • Preheat the air fryer: Preheating the air fryer for a few minutes will help ensure that the carrots cook evenly and become crispy on the outside.
    • Cooking times: Your air fryer model may have a different cooking time than mine, so be sure to check your carrots at about 12 minutes to see if they are done.
