Divide each biscuit in two.
Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
Lightly dust a flat surface with flour and flattened dough. The dough should be 1/4” thick.
Take the flattened dough in the palm of your hand and using a cereal spoon, scoop about 1 tablespoon bit of filling into the center of the dough.
Pinch two sides of the dough together and then pinch the opposite side together until the dough is pinched close around the filling, if filling comes out, there is too much filling, remove excess.
Repeat for all the dough.
Place each one into an oil-sprayed air fryer basket 1” apart and cook at 350°f for 8 minutes.
While cooking, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.
Melt the butter in another bowl and set aside.
When finished, remove apple bites and let cool to touch.
Roll each apple bite in the butter, fully coating, and then roll in the cinnamon auger to fully coat.
Let cool for a little longer and enjoy! These taste incredible on their own or could be paired with chocolate or caramel sauce.
