Frosting Instructions
In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat butter till light and fluffy slowly adding powder sugar and continue to beat for 4-5 minutes maximum.
Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl gradually adding more powdered sugar.
If ingredients do not cream add whipping cream.
If the ingredients do cream test to see if the frosting will hold onto a spoon while being held upside down.

Mix well.
Scoop frosting into a pastry bag with a frosting tip.
Twist the open end of the bag until frosting begins to come out of the tip.
Frost the cupcakes.
Add a small piece of fried bacon to the top of the frosting on the cupcake.
Notes
I prefer to bake my bacon in the oven, but you can also fry it.
