Peppermint M&M's Cookies

These Peppermint M&M Christmas Cookies are perfect for your Christmas Cookie Swap or Holiday Party.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz 15oz Box Chocolate Cake Mix

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ cups melted salted butter
  • ½ bag semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ bag Peppermint M&M's Found at Target

Instructions

  • Pour cake mix into a large mixing bowl.

  • Pour in chocolate chips.

  • Add in two eggs

  • Pour in melted butter


  • Mix well. I just mixed by hand.
  • Scoop the dough into tablespoon sized circles onto a non-stick baking sheet or lay out a piece of parchment paper and place on top of that.

  • Take several M&M’s and place them on top of the cookie dough.

  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned at 350 degrees.

  • After five minutes move cookies to cooling rack and allow them to finish cooling.
