2cupscinnamon graham crackerscrushed (reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish)
1 ½cups buttermelted
¾cupgranulated sugar
8ozcream cheesesoftened
3cupsheavy whipping cream
2teaspoonsvanilladivided
1cuppowdered sugar
2cupsfresh or frozen mixed berries
Instructions
Directions for the crust
Steps 1-2: In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Add to the graham crackers and combine with a fork. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture into each of the mason jars and press into the bottom of the jar.
Directions for the whipped topping
Steps 3-4: In a medium sized mixing bowl add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla. Using a hand or stand mixer, beat until light fluffy.
Steps 5-7: In a larger sized mixing bowl, add in the heavy cream and remaining vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Add in the cream cheese mixture and mix in on low speed until well incorporated.
Directions for layering
Steps 8-12: Make an assembly line station so you can easily layer your dessert jars. First, add a layer of the whipped topping to each jar. Next, add a layer of the fruit. Repeat with the graham crust, fruit and top with the whipped topping and sprinkle with a bit of the crushed graham crackers. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve!
Notes
You can make smaller servings by using 4 oz clear plastic cups.
