  • 8 oz bag of white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Spray all of your cookware including the spatula, cooking pot, and baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

  • Place the white chocolate chips in your pot and place it on low heat. Start stirring immediately. This is important as stirring will prevent sticking and burning.

  • Continue stirring the white chocolate chips until the chocolate is smooth. This takes around 90 seconds. Do not stop stirring as your white chocolate as it can burn quickly.

  • While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the Reeses Pieces candies over the top. Let them sink into the chocolate.
  • After the Reeses Pieces candy bits are added, transfer the baking dish to the refrigerator for one hour.

  • Remove the white chocolate and Reeses Pieces candies mixture from the refrigerator and use your knife to pry up the edges. The bark will release as one giant sheet.

  • You can now break the bark into smaller pieces for serving.
  • You can store it in an air tight container or bag until ready to serve.
