- 1 pound sausage
- 3 cups baking mix like Bisquick or Jiffy
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
In a stand mixer or by hand, combine the sausage, baking mix, and cheese until well blended.
Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees.
Scoop dough into 1 to 2 tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Space the sausage balls about 1 inch apart in the air fryer basket.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
