Equipment

  • Slow Cooker or Pressure Cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs turkey breast
  • 8 cups bone broth
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 4 carrots sliced
  • 4 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles

Instructions

  • Add everything to your slow cooker except for the noodles.
  • Close the lid on your slow cooker for 4 hours at High, or 6 hours at Low.
  • When the time is up, remove your turkey breast, and transfer to a cutting board where you can shred. Add back to your slow cooker.
  • Add in your egg noodles while your soup is still hot. Stir in, and allow the noodles to cook for about 15 minutes.
  • After the 15 minutes, serve in a soup bowl! Enjoy!

Notes

You can use leftover turkey for this recipe, but you will need to decrease your cook time to about 2 to 3 hours.
