Watergate Cookies

Soft delicious cookies with a nutty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix 
  • 1 pkg pistachio pudding  small box
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut 
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup canola oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper 
  • Using a mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients until combined 
  • Scoop some cookie dough onto the parchment paper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned
  • Serve and Enjoy

Notes

I used an ice cream to make my cookie dough scoops.
