Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Using a mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients until combined
Scoop some cookie dough onto the parchment paper and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned
Serve and Enjoy

I used an ice cream to make my cookie dough scoops.
