Ingredients

  • 43.5 ounces green beans three cans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 7 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 8 slices bacon cooked until crisp and chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the green beans in the casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, butter, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the mixture over the green beans.
  • Top the green beans with the bacon.
  • Bake for 25 minutes and serve.

  • Make sure that you cooked bacon or even real bacon pieces in this side dish recipe.
  • You can grease the casserole dish or spray it well with nonstick cooking spray for easy cleaning up.
