Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Pizza Cutter
  • cupcake pan or silicone mold

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces crescent dough
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 8 slices mozzarella cut into thirds
  • 2 cups pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup parmesan grated

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 for 3 minutes.
  • Lightly flour a flat surface.
  • Taking 2 crescent roll triangles. Pinch together the perforated edges to form a rectangle.
  • Take a pizza cutter, and cut the rectangle in half, length wise.
  • Add a thin layer of pizza sauce. Top with 2 (prepared) slices of cheese.
  • Take your pepperoni and place on top of the cheese, the top half off the crescent.
  • From the bottom of the crescent roll, fold up to meet the top half of the crescent.
  • Roll your crescent from left to right.
  • Place your pizza roll in a cupcake pan or silicone mold, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • With your air fryer preheated, cook for 8 at 375 degrees.
  • Remove and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

Notes

I prefer to use silicone cupcake liners in the air fryer, and they help the roses hold their shape while they cook.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
For a fresh baked taste reheat in the air fryer at 375 degrees for about 3 minutes.
