Ingredients

  • 1- pound shredded beef seasoned to taste. We like homemade asada or any steak seasoning.
  • 12 yellow corn tortillas

Instructions

  • Lay out the tortillas, fill with 1 oz shredded beef.
  • Roll the tortillas shut and close with toothpick if needed. Repeat until meat is gone.
  • Place taquitos in the air fryer basket and spray with oil. Leave some space to allow air flow.
  • Cook on 380 for 8 minutes or until corn shell is crispy and golden.
  • Enjoy with salsa, sour cream, nacho cheese or guacamole.

Notes

  • Preheat the air fryer before adding the taquitos.
  • Don't overcrowd the taquitos in the air fryer.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • If you are not a fan of corn tortillas you can use flour tortillas instead.
  • Refried beans can be added for more protein.
  • Instead of steak you can use taco meat.
Beef taquitos can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up three days.  Or you can place them in a freezer safe bag in the freezer for up to three months.
