- 1- pound shredded beef seasoned to taste. We like homemade asada or any steak seasoning.
- 12 yellow corn tortillas
Lay out the tortillas, fill with 1 oz shredded beef.
Roll the tortillas shut and close with toothpick if needed. Repeat until meat is gone.
Place taquitos in the air fryer basket and spray with oil. Leave some space to allow air flow.
Cook on 380 for 8 minutes or until corn shell is crispy and golden.
Enjoy with salsa, sour cream, nacho cheese or guacamole.
- Preheat the air fryer before adding the taquitos.
- Don't overcrowd the taquitos in the air fryer.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- If you are not a fan of corn tortillas you can use flour tortillas instead.
- Refried beans can be added for more protein.
- Instead of steak you can use taco meat.
