Equipment

  • large bowl or food processor
  • Air Fryer
  • parchment paper liners - optional

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 3 cups baking mix like Bisquick or Jiffy
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer or by hand, combine the sausage, baking mix, and cheese until well blended.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees.
  • Scoop dough into 1 to 2 tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Space the sausage balls about 1 inch apart in the air fryer basket.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
