Grinch Fudge

Grinch Fudge is simple to make and so festive. This easy recipe is perfect for your holiday dessert table.

Equipment

  • 8x8 pan
  • medium microwave-safe bowl
  • Rubber Spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green Food Coloring
  • 1 cup green and white sprinkles
  • 1 cup large red sugar candy hearts

Instructions

  • Spray the bottom and sides of an 8x8 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a medium size microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and heat in 20 second bursts, stirring after each, until smooth and completely melted.
  • Fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
  • Mix in 2-3 drops of the food coloring until desired color is achieved. Fold in ½ cup of the sprinkles.
  • Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Top with remaining sprinkles and red candy hearts. Gently press into fudge.
  • Chill for 1 hour, then cut into 1-inch squares.
