Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 17 ounces caramel sauce
  • 8 ounces Heath baking bits
  • ¼ cup chopped salted peanuts optional
  • ¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips optional
  • 3 Apples cored and sliced

Instructions

  • Beat together the cream cheese with ½ cup caramel sauce and ½ cup Heath bits until blended evenly. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth into an even layer. (I used a pie plate.)
  • Pour remaining caramel sauce over the cream cheese mixture. Top with the remaining Heath bits.
  • If desired, add the peanuts and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the top.
  • Serve with sliced apples and cookies, if desired.

Notes

Be sure that you completely softened your cream cheese before starting this dip.

You can top your dip with chocolate chips or chopped peanuts. If you want to be extra fancy chopped pecans would work as well.
