Banana Pudding Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate brownie mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2-3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 3.4 ounces box of instant banana instant pudding

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° Spray an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • In a small mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese.
  • Mix in the banana pudding mix and ½ cup milk until combined. Add in more milk as needed if pudding mixture is too thick, because you want it thin enough to swirl. Set aside.
  • Add the brownie mix to a large mixing bowl. Add the 3 eggs, water and vegetable oil. Using an electric mixer, beat until well combined. Add 2/3 of the brownie mix to your baking pan. Sprinkle in the chocolate chips.
  • Add 9 spoonful’s of the banana pudding mixture on top of the brownie mix (3 rows of 3). Using the reserved brownie batter, add a small spoonful on top of each of the 9 spoonful’s of the banana pudding mixture.
  • Using a knife or wooden skewer/chopstick, swirl the banana pudding and brownie mix by slicing through each row in one direction and then turning the pan and doing it again in the opposite direction.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool on a wire rack for about 30 minutes and then place in the fridge for about an hour before cutting into square
