Steak Tips in mustard sauce

Tender and juicy steak tips cooked in a flavorful and creamy mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1- pound lean ribeye or sirloin cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cup whole grain mustard
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 garlic cloves diced
  • ¼ fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-2 fresh zucchini

Instructions

  • Steps 1-2: Add heavy whipping cream, mustard, garlic, salad dressing and parsley to a mixing bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 3: In a large skillet or pan, heat olive oil. Add the steak. Cook on medium high for 4-5, or until medium rare.
  • Step 4: Add cream mixture to the pan. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step 5: Make your zoodles. If desired, lightly cook on the stove top. Stop with the steak bites. Garnish with red pepper flakes for a pop of flavor! Serve and enjoy!
