Steps 1-2: Add heavy whipping cream, mustard, garlic, salad dressing and parsley to a mixing bowl and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: In a large skillet or pan, heat olive oil. Add the steak. Cook on medium high for 4-5, or until medium rare.
Step 4: Add cream mixture to the pan. Turn heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Make your zoodles. If desired, lightly cook on the stove top. Stop with the steak bites. Garnish with red pepper flakes for a pop of flavor! Serve and enjoy!
