Blueberry Cheesecake Dip

These Orange and Black Tie Dye Cupcakes are perfect for Halloween dessert. These spooky colored cupcakes are easy to make, and perfect for Halloween parties or fall hay rides.

This Blueberry Cheesecake Dip is the perfect summer treat! It’s light, fluffy, and full of flavor. Plus, it’s super easy to make and can be served with graham crackers, fruit, or even on its own!

– frozen or fresh blueberries – white sugar – cornstarch – cinnamon – salt – fresh lemon juice (approximately ½ a lemon) – water – cream cheese, softened – plain Greek Yogurt – vanilla extract – powdered sugar, sifted

Place the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

You want to cook down the berry mixture to create this rich and delicious sauce topper.

Next grab your mixer and work on the cheesecake base.

Add in remaining ingredients to get it nice and creamy.

Pour in a container, top with the berry sauce, and serve with cookies, pretzels and more.

This is a dessert that is delicious all year round. I have made this for potlucks, parties, and holiday events.
