– can of biscuits – make sure to use the jumbo sized biscuits
– apple pie filling, apple cuts into small pieces (see notes)
– butter
– sugar
– ground cinnamon
1. Divide each biscuit into two.
2. Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
3. Lightly dust a flat surface with flour and flattened dough. The dough should be 1/4” thick.
1. Pinch two sides of the dough together and then pinch the opposite side together until the dough is pinched close around the filling, if the filling comes out, there is too much filling and remove the excess.
Store leftover air fryer apple bombs in an airtight container or storage bag in the fridge for up three days. These are best enjoyed fresh, but they will still taste delicious a few days later.
